Technical Overview
It is mainly aimed at solving the difficulties and pain points of traditional nickel electrowinning process and technology, and has been researched and developed by Hangzhou Sanai for 10 years. In October 2023, it passed the scientific and technological achievements evaluation of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and the evaluation conclusion is to reach the international advanced level.
It includes a new type of nickel electrowinning diaphragm frame and its structure, closed acid mist extraction technology, anolyte discharge and acid mist extraction connection device, a new type of liquid feeding method in the cathode chamber, multi-circuit conductive technology and device suitable for nickel electrowinning production line and integrated positioning and guiding device and other process technologies.

Good environmental protection and safety
Completely solve the problem of acid mist in the industry's pain points, and the content of sulfuric acid mist in one meter of the trough surface at the production site is less than or equal to 0.01 mg/m.

Excellent product quality
The new liquid feed method greatly increases the amount of cathode liquid circulation and reduces the concentration polarization. By controlling the flow and acidity of the anolyte, the liquid level height and the liquid level difference in the electrowinning process are controlled to improve the crystallization quality of electronickel products. The first-class grade rate has increased from 30-50% in the current industry to more than 90%: the chemical composition of nickel in the product can reach 99.99: the four periphery of the product Smooth along, no pores and no liquid at the bottom;

High single slot capacity
The operating current density increased from 180A/㎡ to more than 230A/㎡; The cathode veneer area increased from 1.5 ㎡ to 1.8 ㎡, with a single tank production. It can be increased by more than 40%.
